We’re a small chocolate company based in Pembrokeshire, founded last year.
We’ve made chocolate for years, but never like this. This project gives us the freedom to make the kind of chocolate we’ve always wanted to make, without the pressure to scale fast or chase commercial shortcuts. Each flavour exists because it deserves to, not because it fits a plan.
Our bars are made in small batches using excellent chocolate and thoughtfully chosen ingredients. Every bar is poured, finished, and wrapped by hand by our very small team. Nothing is rushed and nothing is made at a scale we can’t stand behind.
Our aim is simple. We want to make chocolate that tastes good, feels good to give, and is made in a way we’re proud of. Wherever possible, we try to build a bit of Wales into each bar, so when you buy one, another Welsh business benefits too.
Seven core flavours, all handmade in small batches. Only what we can realistically make and wrap by hand.
Belgian 34% Milk chocolate blended with welshcake pieces and sprinkled with cinnamon
Smooth, rich caramel blended with Halen Môn PDO Sea salt, layered between 34% Milk Chocolate.
55% Belgian dark chocolate Mixed with dulse seaweed harvested from câr-y-môr, Wales’ first seaweed farm, and Halen Môn PDO sea salt

A rich single origin 71% dark chocolate from Ecuador, with notes of jasmine and coffee

You’ll find our chocolate in a number of local shops around Pembrokeshire. These are places that care about what they stock and who they buy from – definitely support them if you can.
If you’re not local to Pembrokeshire, you can order directly from us and we’ll send your bars anywhere in the UK.
